Refund policy

We hope you love your DØG LOVER purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, in original condition and returned with all original tags and packaging. Items must be free from pet hair, marks, odours or damage.

Customers are responsible for return postage, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

How to Return
Please contact DØG LOVER before returning your item. We recommend using tracked postage for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
